Three popular topics:

    • Leveraging the Myers-Briggs® Tool to Understand Your Leadership Style.  This session allows participants to explore and to identify how their leadership style is influenced by their personality traits and proposes ways to leverage these innate traits to nurture an authentic and effective leadership identity.
    • Micro messages, It’s the Small Things. This workshop introduces the concept of microaggressions, IMG_2514micro inequities, and micro affirmations and provides tools to manage and enhance workplace interactions.
    • The 21st Century Workplace. This session discusses the factors accelerating the unprecedented rate of change in the workplace and suggests ways to leverage skill sets to manage uncertainty in a globalized, high technology-driven working environment.
