Similarly, a coach guides you through the process self-improvement and empowerment but the actual work is done by you and YOU only! Anna believes that each training experience must be unique and customized to maximize learning for all participants. Anna has conducted workshops at Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, The Boston Globe, Babson College, EMC Corp and many corporate venues.

Consulting has been part of Anna’s portfolio of services since 1990. Her expertise spans health care, technology, nonprofit and government entities. Her consultative skills are founded in thorough research and analysis of market drivers, external and internal factors and the inclusion of all constituencies affected.
During the last ten years, Anna’s consulting focus has covered two topics: Diversity and Change Management.
