A coaching relationship can be compared to working with a personal trainer, who focuses exclusively on your specific needs and guides you along the way. Similarly, a coach guides you through the process self-improvement and empowerment but the actual work is done by you and YOU only! Imagine having a personal trainer doing pushups or ab work for you and expecting results!!

Professional Development

Anna believes that each training experience must be unique and customized to maximize learning for all participants. When you enroll in one of Anna’s professional development workshops you can be sure that it will not be an off-the-shelf session. Each participant will have the opportunity to share their main goal for attending and desired outcomes.

Anna has conducted workshops at Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, The Boston Globe, Babson College, EMC Corp and many corporate venues.

Consulting

Consulting has been part of Anna’s portfolio of services since 1990. Her expertise spans health care, technology, nonprofit and government entities. Her consultative skills are founded in thorough research and analysis of market drivers, external and internal factors and the inclusion of all constituencies affected.

During the last ten years, Anna’s consulting focus has covered two topics: Diversity and Change Management. Through her recent affiliation to Diversity Best Practices, Anna has become part of an elite group of professionals who help global organizations develop sustainable diversity strategies. (more…)
